Price Summary

NB the prices quoted are for off plan purchase only and subject to change

This project is not some distant pipe dream. The development is 90% sold out, including the gorgeous showhome. The plans are robust and a payment and construction schedule ensures your protection when buying. The initial commitment is to buy the plot of land on which your villa will sit, and you will receive the deeds to the land within 6-8 weeks, meaning you own the freehold title. Each villa will be constructed within 2 years of purchase, with staged payments as each milestone is reached.

Murdeira is attracting significant interest and investment, with 3 hotel groups having acquired the rights to build nearby, including the Hyatt Regency. The area is therefore set for well-controlled and environmentally-sympathetic development and its proximity to the international airport makes it especially attractive.
