Description

Casa Verde is proud to bring to market a stylishly refurbished one-bedroom (T1) penthouse. This is a wow factor apartment, well very maintained and with most furniture and fittings as new. With breathtaking sea and garden views, this is a great residence – suitable for both holidays and permanent living.

Bigger than many two-bedroom properties in Santa Maria at around twice the price, this penthouse offers 87 square metres of well constructed and designed space, and easily sleeps 4.

Vila Verde is a property hotspot, and one-bedroom apartments are highly sought after; penthouses even more so.

Being a corner penthouse, this apartment is larger than many others. From your bedroom balcony, you can gaze over Kite Beach, the hills of Serra Negra, people watch – or witness the dramatic sunrise over the ocean. Before 11am, the lounge side balcony enjoys the sunshine throughout the rest of the day, but there is always some shade should you prefer. The management of Vila Verde intend to refill the currently empty swimming pools this summer: once that is completed and the view includes azure water – in addition to the palm tree and flower gardens – the price is likely to be increased.

With stunning decoration, new lighting, European furniture and kitchen cupboard fronts, the apartment includes:

Entrance hall with floor-to-ceiling cupboards, entry phone system
Opening out to a wonderful, spacious open-plan living area, including sofa bed
To the left, a recessed kitchen including American-style fridge freezer, washing machine, induction hob, built in microwave and ample floor and eye level cupboards
Large double-glazed patio doors and shutters out to an L-shaped balcony
Hallway to the right with door to large bathroom, including shower over full bath
Separate entrance to a stunning bedroom, with bed system allowing for twin or double beds, bedside tables, large mirror, chest of drawers, floor to ceiling wardrobes
Second east-facing balcony, perfect for enjoying the morning sun, with spectacular beach and sea views.

Vila Verde offers a luxury, peaceful alternative to being based in the town or resorts. It is ideal for those seeking western standards of accommodation, 24-hour security, elevators in all blocks, regular shuttle buses, one of the best supermarkets on Sal and easy walking or free shuttle distance to two beaches. With wide boulevards and beautiful gardens, Vila Verde’s architecture is unique and extremely appealing for winter living, holidays and holiday rentals, or as a permanent home.
